You Can Heal Your Life
This book of Louise's, to me is one of the foundation texts of taking responsibility for yourself, your life and your health. It is about the power of your thoughts and emotions related to how that effects your health and well being. I find it written in a clean, accessible and warm style that is easy to grasp concept wise. I refer back to this book time and time again and find it fascinating to check into the correlation of what may be happening for myself, friends, colleagues health wise and what that means emotionally. And I can honestly say 8 times out of 10 there appears to be some validity in what is suggested. This is an old favourite that I highly recommend is a mainstay in your own book collection.

I finally got my act together and read Caroline's work back to back after being surrounded by peers who 'swear by her'. I find her style to be informative, enlightening and head based. So if you are someone who comes from the heart it can be a great balance. If you are more analytical like myself then you will see the soundness in her information of a subject matter that is of a highly spirit and personally evolving nature. Her most recent book 'Sacred Contracts' to me showed more of Caroline herself and I felt her style was more accessible and again her thinking behind this concept is sound, invigorating, compelling and fun! Caroline's work is well worth reading and is one of the foundations of my personal book collection.
Anatomy of The Spirit
The Creation of Health
Sacred Contracts

Dark Side of the Light Chasers
Read this - it is a must. It certainly introduces and powerfully communicates how much of our life and the people in it are mirrors of aspects of ourselves. I came to this book having been repeatedly challenged by the behaviours of some significant people in my life - this book gave me greater clarity and helped me to own that it was very much my own projection based on my discomfort with particular traits I possessed. Literally a life changing read.

Seat of the Soul
Gary's book 'Seat of the Soul' to me answered 'the meaning of life' - yes I do believe there is an answer. I will not lie and say this is an easy read - because in many ways it is such foundational material. I found that I could only manage a chapter a day as I would keep on re-reading what I had read and then needed to let it assimilate into my being. However it was well worth the effort. His other book of the series 'Soul Stories' is a lot more user friendly and easier to read - however I would strongly recommend buying and reading both as they both contain concepts of enormous value in understanding our role in our lives and the world at large.

Conversations with God
I admit that I struggled with the title when I was given his first book. As unfortunately the word 'God' has been used in such a way in so many cultures that it does not always carry a positive, empowering, loving message. This book changed all of that for me - and I found it to be one of those 'must reads' and absolute foundations of my personal book collection. When I read each of his books they became the 'book of the moment' for me as there was such a depth of information in them that related to me understanding myself and my reason for being better.

Excuse Me Your Life Is Waiting
Lyn's style is fabulous - dry, witty and sensible. She really brings to life the power of our feelings as well as our thoughts in creating for us what we do and unfortunately don't want for ourselves in our lives. She takes it further than just having positive thoughts, suggesting that how we feel over-rides everything. You can think that you will be wealthy however if you still feel poor - that is what you will experience. It is a rollicking read that makes spiritual concepts that can sometimes cause the whites of your eyes to dominate your face, become immediately and tangibly accessible. You will not regret reading this book - a guaranteed life changer.

Seven Spiritual Laws
Small, compact and infinitely powerful. Deepak writes with knowledge and conviction. This book is both practical and heart warming and certainly is inspiring regarding the power we hold currently in effecting the life we want, by adhering to this 7 simple laws - simple and not always easy to remain conscious to. A book that I would recommend is kept close by and read again and again.

Eat Right 4 Your Type
I have always been interested in nutrition, having heard my mother say at an early age 'you are what you eat', I also noticed as I grew up the effects some foods had on my system that were not always pleasant to experience. And I would battle endlessly with adopting certain exercise regime's that were seen as 'the' thing to do by the majority and yet I hated them. I have read many, many texts on nutrition and well-being because I am both eternally curious and because I do treat my body like a temple wanting the best for it. At first I thought the premise of this book - blood type effecting what was your optimum foods and exercise - was a bunch of hogwash - I couldn't see how it could. And then I read it and it was like the sky opened up. The information in this book matched what I had learnt for myself worked food and exercise wise for me. It explained why from a scientific perspective, and it also gave me many options that would continue to optimise my health and well being. I sincerely encourage you to check it out for yourself.
